Olivia loves to help me cook dinner so I'm always trying to think of things to make that she can help me with. Sunday night we made mini pizzas inside of a muffin tin. This was a lot of fun for Olivia because she got to do the cheese and all the toppings all by herself without any help.
I prepared a muffin tin with dough at the bottom of each one and a little sauce. Olivia then sprinkled cheese while saying "sprinkle!" every time she sprinkled some on. Then she said "peperoni!" every time she placed a peperoni on and did the same for the pineapple and broccoli.
She always gets so excited to help me in the kitchen, but it isn't always easy for her to help me so this was a great recipe for us to do. We will be doing this again for sure!
