Little Miss Personality!

We went and got 6 month pictures taken of Olivia on Saturday. She has definitely matured since we had her 3 month pictures done. For her 3 month pictures, all we had to do was blow air through our lips to make that "brrrrrr" sound and she laughed up a storm. Now that she is 6 months, she was not amused at all by that and looked at us as though we were morons. In fact, she wasn't amused at much of what we did. She laughed up a storm while we were waiting to get the pictures done but once we sat her in front of the camera, she became uninterested.

We had scheduled the appointment at 9:30am, but after multiple times of trying to get her to smile decided to come back later in the afternoon because maybe she just isn't a morning person like her mommy but even when we came back at noon to get them done, this is the look that we got...

Then they brought out the rocking chair and boy did Olivia like it! Not only did she give us smiles without us making ourselves look stupid, but she rocked herself back and forth and giggled away! I was worried she was going to face plant off the chair but luckily she didn't.

I LOVE the teddy bear pictures! Olivia was a natural!

But then, she took the teddy bear.

She also had fun playing with the flowers. Doesn't the photographer know she grabs everything in sight?

Once we got home, Olivia gave us all the smiles and laughs that she hid during her photo shoot.

And she learned that just because she can't crawl yet, doesn't mean she still can't get to what she wants. She started on the play mat...

And rolled herself because she wanted the flash drive in my computer. She already likes the intellectual toys!

She tried to keep rolling but there was something in the way...

So, she tried to pull the flash drive out again.

Then decided to roll the other way, but that didn't work quite so well either.
