I've been a little too busy to blog lately so here is a recap of the last 2 weeks...
2 weekends ago we stayed with Grandma and Aunt Andi in North Augusta. Since it was cold and rainy outside, we had to find ways of entertaining ourselves indoors. Olivia is always getting into containers at home and wanting to be pulled around in them so she sat on the serving tray, holding the handles waiting to be pushed! So, we pulled her around and she had a ball!

Then we got a little more creative with a laundry basket and a belt.

And apparently Olivia still thinks the rings are bracelets.

That weekend, Olivia's bottles also got packed away making more room in the cupboard for her plates and cups! Once she started drinking her milk from the sippy cup, she decided she no longer wanted her bottles which made eliminating the night bottle very easy on me! What a big girl!
Saturday, we went to the circus!
Olivia was snacking and when the show started she became completely mesmerized by it and left her hand in the snack trap the entire first half of the show! She even clapped when necessary with her hand still in the snack trap! By the second half of the show, Olivia started to get restless. Luckily no one was sitting in front of me so Olivia stood, holding the back of the chair and danced the rest of the show!
As you can see, Olivia's hair is growing long and curly! This is her bed head look in the morning!
I also finally got pigtails in her hair for the first time! They didn't stay in long, but she had pigtails and they were so cute!
We went to the Thurber's house Sunday for a Super Bowl Party and Olivia and Meghan had their own party...a tea party!
Another very exciting thing happened during the Super Bowl Party...Olivia took her first steps!!!! She is still wobbly and could only take 3 steps at a time max, but she took her first steps!! My little girl really is getting so big!
Her "bed head" picture and pig tails picture are too cute! Sydney often wakes up with some crazy hair and I have to wet it to make it lay down! I love the curls too! Too cute!
