Birthday Parties!

Mee Jean celebrated her birthday this year with a Halloween party!  It was a big birthday for her, turning the big 3-0!  There were a lot of great costumes there!

They dressed up as the Scooby Doo clan.

The McGee girls were dressed as pirates.

 We dressed as the Flintstones.

Our good friends the Rubbles were there as well.

A set of pimps arrived, along with Simon Cowell and a witch.

Eva sported the 70's look...

And Rebecca was the girl in the short skirt and long jacket.

Olivia went straight for the kitchen, as she does every time we come over.  The girl loves to cook!

She stopped playing for a minute to pose and smile for the camera.

She was later spotted feeding Snow White.

Carrying a cake with 30 candles is very hot and smoky!  Especially when they are 30 trick candles!  I often don't think things through completely...

But the kids loved the cake anyway!

Olivia loved the cake so much that she completely cleaned her plate...

Then magically her bowl filled back up with another piece and it just so happened that Parker's bowl became empty and Olivia's hand was covered in icing...hmmm....think the girl loves cake?  Saying the word cake to Olivia, is like say shopping to mommy!

Towards the end of the night I went to see what Olivia was up to and found Olivia and Alyssa happily sitting and watching Eva.  Looks as though Eva already has a fan club!

We had such a great time!  I haven't dressed up for Halloween in years!  Mee Jean, we hope you had a great birthday celebration and hope that turning 30 in a couple more days isn't too scary!!  Happy (early) Birthday!!

After celebrating Mee Jean's birthday, we actually headed to another birthday celebration.  Saturday was Allison's birthday and Jon planned to do something during the game for her birthday.

Pebbles and Bamm Bamm must have still been on a sugar high from all the cake because they were crazy and crawling up and down the hallway,

and tackling each other!

Happy birthday Allison!  Hope it was a great one!  We had a great time watching the Gamecocks beat Vandy and celebrating your birthday!
