A weekend getaway

For a teacher appreciation gift, my mom got multiple tickets to all of the Ripley's places at Myrtle Beach (Aquarium, Believe it or Not Museum, House of Mirrors, Haunted Mansion and the Great Movie Ride).  So we decided to take a little weekend getaway to explore all of these.  Instead of staying in a hotel as we normally would at the beach, we decided to switch things up and my parents brought the trailer to do a little camping as well.

Olivia loved feeding the ducks at the camp ground.

Nana had to keep a hold of her clothes at all times though because the ledge had me quite scared with how easily it could be for Olivia to fall in.

We were actually able to make it to all the places except The Movie Ride (wasn't sure if that was pregnant friendly) and make it back to the trailer in time to watch the USC vs UGA game!  However, only Papa and I went into the Haunted Mansion.  There was no way I was taking Olivia in there (and she wasn't allowed because of her age).  Her and Nana had to settle for ice cream across the street instead.  Both of us were quite impressed with the Haunted Mansion, so if you like that sort of thing, I'd recommend it.
The Museum didn't interest Olivia much, so we made it through there really quick and the House of Mirrors was neat, but a little too crowded which ruined the challenge.  But the biggest hit, of course, was the Aquarium.

It was definitely a fun, but exhausting weekend!
